Hello! I am looking for a female, UVM student sub-letter for my Redstone loft apartment on the UVM campus for summer 2015. I would be subletting for June 2015, July 2015, and some of August. It would be around $650 month (which is around a 25% discount on the actual price). All utilities are included, except for electricity which is around $25 a month (this is included in the $650 so it would not be added onto the $650). It is a great location, has a gym in the facility, a washer and dryer in the room, and as I said, there are no extra costs for utilities!
