I keep a healthy balance between introverted and extroverted activities, which include perusing literature, listening to live music, exploring Nature, talking to strangers, strumming guitar, traveling the world, playing video/board games, and riding my bicycle everywhere. My favorite conversations are when everyone's laughing, learning, and synthesizing new ideas.
I'm low maintenance and always pay bills on time. Though a friend to animals, I don't have any four legged sidekicks. I avoid hard drugs, but am a social drinker and light 420 smoker. On a scale from neat to sloppy, I'm somewhere in the middle. I don't make messes, but they don't irritate me.
Open and honest communication is crucial in communal living, so I'll amicably speak up if something is bothering me. Likewise, I'll work to accommodate your requests and don't mind helping with household maintenance. For instance, I'm borderline nocturnal (typically sleeping from 03:00 to 11:00) but keep quiet at night to respect everyone else's schedules. Also, I'm bisexual, but hopefully this isn't an issue.
