About the room:
- Basement bedroom with private bath. The bedroom is its own room with a door that separates it from the rest of the basement.
- Ample closet space.
- Bathroom was recently updated.
- Current roommate has a queen bed, small table, bedside table, and bookshelf.
About the house:
- Well stocked kitchen with every kitchen item you could imagine.
- Shared, large living room with powder room.
- Bills usually run 100-150 a month, including cable and Internet.
- Two car parking pad!! Though parking on our street has not ever presented a problem it the 1.4 years we've lived here. One time I had to walk a whole block; it was rough.
- About a ten minute walk to the square, Canton Crossing, and Merritt Gym. If that is too far for you, not to worry, there are many bars even closer.
About the roommates:
- We are two girls in our mid twenties. This means we are probably like every other 20 something girls in Canton looking for a roommate, only better. We work during the week, go to the gym, enjoy happy hour and brunch, watch Grey Anatomy, Game of Thrones, and The walking dead, we like ice cream, chocolate, and wine.
- Small dog. She likes to have her photo taken.
- a goldfish named Jeff.
Other pets will be considered on a case by case basis with an additional pet deposit. Security Deposit is a month's rent and will be needed before you move.
