We have a room available in a 3-bedroom duplex in the Eliot neighborhood (right off Williams). It will be available around mid June. It's a great location for commuting by bike, bus or car as well as a great spot to be central to all the fun spots in Portland.
The room is upstairs, medium to large in size and with a large closet. We are in our twenties, a guy who works in the wine industry and an artist/designer girl who works in retail. We enjoy coming home to low key, clean and friendly house. We each do our own part to maintain that and are looking for somebody who is likeminded. The rent is $650+utilities, $25 for internet and $666 refundable deposit. It's month to month but we are really hoping to find someone more long term. There is an application fee of $50 that goes towards your background check. We are going to start interviews soon.
