I am looking to sublease my one bedroom apartment for the months of April 1 through June.
Monthly rent is $674 and that includes the pet rent.
I will pay rent for the month of March so payment for the sublease will not start until April and will continue until June. I can be moved out by April 1 at the earliest.
If sublease does not have a pet, I will pay the $15 monthly pet rent fee through the end of the lease.
The apartment is a 1 bedroom apartment. My unit is A-4, under the floor plans tab in the link below.
