It is near GSU and Ga Tech in West Midtown. The building is secure and the unit has been renovated and has all hardwood floors. There is also a swimming pool and nearby shopping plaza.

I am a female in my 20s and would prefer a professional FEMALE housemate that is looking for a temporary short term housing solution for up to 2months! Great if you are a student, flight attendant or traveling for the holidays. Be in the heart of the city at a better price than a hotel!

I have a small dog and am open to another small dog, sorry no cats. Your rent will include a private bedroom, spacious closet and bathroom. I am also willing to provide a bimonthly maid/cleaning company's services. I am hardworking and business oriented. I enjoy fashion and work in the fashion/beauty and events industry. I am looking for a roommate that is considerate and clean! Someone who is able to pay their share of the expenses and easy to get along with. I do not like to have numerous guests/wild parties/illegal activities and regard my home as a sanctuary.
