Mr. K's Cottages are "K"lean, "K"ool, "K"omfy and "K"ozy. We are now accepting rentals for the 2015 Summer Season. Mr. K's Cottages has been renting units for a few years now. We want to continue to build up our clientele so we have many quality guests that return year after year. Mr. K is a U.S. Army Veteran and was a Union worker for the majority of his life, so he understands the plight of the average working man/woman. We offer the BEST VALUE in Hampton, and our rental prices reflect that as they have not increased for the past 2 seasons. The property is owner occupied all season long. We invite you to stay at our cottages.
Our 2 Bedroom units have updated electric, air conditioning, wall-mounted flat screen tv with expanded cable, and wifi internet. The kitchens have apartment size stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Each bedroom has a full size bed. There is also a futon in the livingroom/kitchen area. Each unit has a 3/4 bath(shower, sink and toilet). You can sleep 5 people comfortably. These units are well furnished. Each unit has a small screened entry porch. Outside there are seperate clothes lines for each unit. A gas grill, 2 picnic tables and outside shower are all shared between the the units. Parking for up to 2 cars per unit.
Mr. K's Cottages are located in the vicinity of the Hampton Water Tower, on the corner of Church Street and Brown Ave. Easy in and out of the beach area, just off Rte 101, with virtually no beach traffic back-up or gridlock. We are less than a 5 minute walk to the main sandy beach and Boardwalk. We are also less than a 3 minute walk to the Catholic Church on Church Street.
The rental rate is $675 per unit, per week.
