Life's a journey and I can adjust to a change no matter what it's location on the island actually is. Here are my listed requests and needs. They're urgent so PLEASE I'll seriously do just about anything to get a better upgrade than my current living arangments which are

I MUST ABSOLUTELY MOVE BY AUGUST THE THIRD AT THE LATEST! I am giving my lease required 28 day notice to vacate ON THE FIRST OF JULY. WHICH MEANS:
·JULY 28th is the earliest I can technically move into a new place
*August 5th is the latest I can wait to move into a new location, WITH BOTH DEPOSIT AND FIRST MONTHS RENT however I do CURRENTLY HAVE DEPOSIT TO AT LEAST HOLD A PROPERTY.
REQUIREMENT REQUESTS FOR UPCOMING NEW LIVING ARRANGEMENT
·PRIVATE room and PRIVATE bath, I will not live at studio place like I currently do because shared community bathrooms tend to be gross. One or two people IS ok but not 15 different people per floor
·Rent plus utilities CANNOT exceed $750. That's the absolute maxed out monthly fee just I can afford. I'm willing to do next to anything....cook, clean, be your person driver, be your best friend even lol, be of any assistance that's within reason if you can help a quiet, respectful, tenant that does not steal and minds her own business
·Willing to do some sort of trade labor for housing.
·Preference would be Downtown Chinatown area I currently live, Punchbowl, Moiili, University, Kaimuki, Waikiki, Mililani, Maliki, Kaneohe, Kailua, North Shore

I am self-employed with odd jobs, temp jobs, seasonal jobs, side gigs, jewelry making and selling on etsy as well as reselling items on that site like a thrift, consignment, store would. but not otherwise employed officially although working on getting liscened as a bartender within a month. I like the occssional overnight guest if possiblE. I'll be respectful and quiet if not in studio BUT instead in a house with the rooms being rented out individually. I'm not a big party Animal but IF i do party I keep it away from my home. I am nonjudgemental. Very giving person. Helpful. Aquarius personality to the fullest if you know of astrology. I do not care what you do privately so even if you're doing something possibly considered illicit like the 420 friendly crowd. Im not gonna even mention it. I expect the same in return.
