I'm looking for a roommate for my super sweet second-floor 2BR/1BA apartment on Maple St. The apartment has a living room that gets great light, a dining room, an awesome giant screened-in porch, and a decently large kitchen with a gas stove (it's old and temperamental though, so y'know, don't get too amped). No dishwasher, but I'm great about staying on top of my dishes--hopefully you are too. The bathroom has a tub. In the winter you can see the lake clearly from some of the windows. I honestly can't remember how visible it was in the summer but it's pretty either way. The available room has three windows, a small closet and enough space for a queen bed and a dresser, but it's not huge. It's cozy! It actually is though. I'm not just saying that. There is coin-op laundry in the building. There isn't a yard (sad, I know, but we could try to grow plants together on the back porch if you're interested in that! I'm going to). Rent is $680, and heat is included. Gas/electric and internet aren't included, and we'd share them. That's about $100/month/person usually. Maybe a little less. Security deposit would be one month's rent.
