Home is in Kalihi Valley, about 1/2 way into the valley. Good sized room, approx 9'x11'. Utilities included - electric and water, internet access, basic cable. Room is carpeted, has a large closet, ceiling fan, and is currently furnished with bed and dresser (can be removed). The rest of the house will be freely shared between the 3 of us who live here - bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer, etc... Off-street parking available but also on the #7 bus line. House is about 1 mile up from Kam Shopping Center. About 3 miles to downtown or airport, about 6 miles to UH, and about 6 miles to Pearl Harbor.
No smoking and no drugs allowed in the house. Because there are 2 males already living here and the space is shared, I would prefer only males apply. Not looking for couples or groups of people to move in - this is a quiet, drama-free, laid-back home and we would like to keep it that way. I have birds and fish, so you would have to be ok with that. Home is also wheelchair accessible.
