Me and my girlfriend are looking for a new house or apt A.S.A.P! We want to stay on the west side where we were born and raised. Our lease is coming to an end in two months but a willing to move into our new house immediately! Don't worry we are not breaking our lease we are just very excited to move to a new house! We are looking for a single family home preferably or duplex if not available but must have at least two bedrooms! The house we move into we hope to make our home for the next three to five years. Our spending limit is $700 max but is also dependent upon what is included with house/apt (utilities ext.) We both have great jobs and never miss paying our bills.
