I just graduated from DU and will be working for an Americorps program called City Year next year where I'll be serving as a mentor and tutor for an elementary school in the area. Because of that, I'll be getting used to early mornings and nights during the week, but am cool with small gatherings, etc. on the weekends.

I love being outside, hiking, snowboarding, playing and watching sports, and relaxing with a beer on the back porch. I'm a non smoker but 420 friendly. Wash Park volleyball is one of my favorite hobbies when I can make it over there. I love dogs and very much miss my corgi/golden mix that lives with my parents back home. Current song of the moment is alternating between 10,000 Weight in Gold by Head and the Heart and Down with the Shine by Avett Bros.

I will be working at a school east of I-25 between about 6th avenue to the north and Evans to the south and because of starting work pretty early, definitely want to be close to either bus or light rail. I'm trying to spend less than $700 total on rent and utilities, wifi, etc. My current lease near DU ends at the end of this month, but I'll have a place to stay until whenever I can move in.
