Hello everyone.
My name is Stevie. I'm a 39 year old Portland native. I've been doing sound for close to 20 years and at the same job for 15.
I'm also a musician but I don't play loud at home. I love snowboarding, biking and reading in the back yard.
I live a rich social life but have never been one to have many house guest and haven't had a party in a place I've lived in about 18 years although I'm not apposed to them happening as long as they're not crazy.
I have an elderly Pug named Ching Shih. She has been with me since she was born (she was born in my back yard) so there is no way I would part with her.
After living in the same house for 13 years the homeowner had decided to sell so that means it's time for me to move on.
The closer in the more I'm willing to spend.
I'm hoping to not really go over $700 a month.
Close in is very important.
