Greetings! I am subletting my lovely little home for 4 months, starting May 6th through August 31st. Depending on the situation I could rent it out all the way through September. The house is located where AP Tureaud splits off of St. Bernard. Outside it has a beautiful iron gate, lawn on either side of the driveway, and a huge covered carport area that will provide priceless shade over the summer. Lockable gate provides secure parking and peace of mind.

This place is a gem of an apartment. It's essentially a large brick square that has been split down the center to give you a spacious bedroom, two closets, and huge bathroom on one side, with a living room / kitchen on the other. Both sides of the place have a door leading out to the carport. The building shares no walls with any other building, which means if you're a musician you can sing and shout all you want at any time of day (We'll hafta check noise levels if you're a drummer).

Furnishings:

Kitchen: Oven, fridge, pots, pans, tupperware, glasses and dishes. Small dining table with chairs. Coffee pot, blender, toaster, George Foreman grill.

Living Room: Big brown leather couch, coffee table, and a twin sized futon.

Bedroom: Giant lawyer sized desk, king sized bed, small dresser, small table, floor-to-ceiling mirror, and a half-tuned upright piano. Wifi Router as well.

Building has a central air system. Two things keep this place from being perfect -- number one, it's got short ceilings, 7'3", but other than cramping my yoga poses (I'm 6'4") I really don't even notice it. Number two: no washer or dryer (I usually go to the spot on Broad street which is a bike ride away.)

Rent is $750 + $750 deposit. Utilities = Water ~$50 Electric ~$50-80 Cox Internet $35.
One time Background check $35. Dogs allowed with deposit. First months rent will be pro-rated for me staying the first five days of May.
