It is accessible from a secure steel garage door on the back of the building (short walk from loading dock - no direct drive in access).

There is a shared concrete loading dock. The ceiling is 12' high. There are working sprinklers installed.

There is more space available of either side if you need more square footage.

Heat and electric: There are meters on both. You're billed each month for your actual usage.

Parking: There really isn't a way to leave a vehicle parked at the warehouse. I'm looking for someone who will come and go or one guy doing a wood working shop. The place is maxed out for parking and cards on the table, the people who are paying 4 times this rent, use the spots. I can't cause them problems. So no boxing gyms, orchestra rehearsal space, dance studio etc.

There is no water or bathroom in the space. There is a bathroom in the building you will have access.
