I am looking for someone to sub-let my room until June. It would be a sub-let to possible longer-lease opportunity. You would have your own room (Obviously. However, it will not be furnished as I am moving) and the rest of the house is shared living space. The room is a light green color, with south-facing windows (great for plants!) and so it gets a lot of light. Nice view of the Chugach from the window. There is a large closet in the room as well as other storage space in the garage as well as the shed out back. Laundry is available at the house. The house also includes a woodstove fire-place, firepit in the back, and gas stove for your cooking enjoyment. My current roommate (and friend!) as well as the landlord, is a 29 year-old female with a busy schedule, enjoys shared space, music, the outdoors, and is a FABULOUS cook (and she shares!)! A good soul, she is :)
Right near Lake Hood with nearby access to the Coastal Trail as well as trails near Lake Hood. The end of the street has a large neighborhood park with a great sledding-hill in the winter and big field to play soccer or frisbee in the summer. The house is also in walking distance from Rustic Goat, so if you are feeling like a morning stroll. . .you can walk on over and grab a latte! It's a great area as well for commutes as Northern Lights Blvd. and Minnesota Dr. are within minutes of the house.
