Hi, I have a large house located in the lower South Hills, and am seeking 2 people or a couple (with or without a dog) to basically rent the entire basement floor.
--total its a 3200 sq foot house, 5+ bedrooms, 3 baths. The basement has lots of windows, is 1600 sq feet, large main living room, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom/laundry.

--is very quiet and clean

--large fenced yard perfect for dog(s)

I do month to month so a long term lease is not required. $750 for two people with pets plus partial utilities per month (first and last up front).
I'm a local business owner, 42, male, single but attached, and have owned the house for years, and like having other people around. I don't personally have a dog but love having them around, so people with a well behaved dog definitely move to the top of the list!
