Hello, I am looking for a 2 bedroom 1+ bath in Nampa. I would prefer something near CWI. Somewhere close to public transportation is a must. I have some rental history but more of a homeowner history. I am a professional who has had 3 jobs in 20 years all in the same field. I live alone and would have my teenage son on some weekends. I have ran into some problems finding a place due to a felony DUI conviction. It seems many property management companies will not lease to a person with any type of felony. This was a non violent crime and something I went through while going through a divorce. My credit has suffered a chapter 13 bankruptcy due to divorce and the DUI. That said I have no trouble making rent, utilities and deposit. My finances are great and my job is stable. I am willing to pay a higher deposit to off set the credit issue. I am planning long term so the rigjt place is importmant. I would also be willing to look at a lease option for the right place. Please let me know if you have something.
