Hello prospective landlords I need to have a new place by June 1st. I receive rental assistance through cap, it's a long term program that covers rent and utilities up to $793.00 for a one bed and if it's a studio it's about 100 less. I have bad credit but not from past landlords I have excellent rental references the place in moving from I have been at for 2 yrs I'm only moving because they have to raise the rent and my apt has to be fair market value or less. I am very clean and respectful and keep to myself mostly, I don't have pets or loud parties and I don't mind signing a year lease. Since my rent is guaranteed to be paid every month on time I'm just about the perfect tennant. Now about what I would like in a place..... ideally a one bd. Apt Close to the max line and not to far out with a deck or small yard, that being said I am realistic and I'm pretty open minded and flexible the one thing is it has to be on a transit route because I don't drive, I take trimet exclusively.
