Roommate needed, immediate availability. I have recently remodeled the basement in my house and it is vacant for someone to rent. My house is located at 139th & Black Bob. The room available is roughly 10.5'x13' and has a sizeable closet. There is a private bathroom. Cost is a flat $800 per month (prorated if you move in December for the # of days you are here).

I am covering cost of utilities so they are included (water, trash, internet, cable, electric) as well as a once a month cleaning service for the bathroom.

Either gender is welcome- preferably young adults who are working professionals near my age. No smoking, drugs or partying. I have 2 small dogs- no other dogs or cats allowed. I am very clean and expect the same courtesy from my roommate. If this posting seems to be a good fit for you please contact me via email. About myself- I am a girl early 30's working full time for Sprint Corporate Headquarters. I have completed 2 bachelors (KU) and 1 MBA (Baker). I enjoy going out with my friends in the evening but equally value a night in to watch a movie on the couch with my dog. I am a low key, clean roommate.
