Subletting my furnished SINGLE OCCUPANCY room in a 4br/3ba house very close to the Berkeley Campus. Large Kitchen and living room.
Room is Available starting June 1 and available until around August 15th. I am flexible on move in and move out dates, in fact I would prefer you move in a few days earlier since I am leaving to NYC on May 31st. Rent is 800/month. Utilities are 30/month. Security deposit is $400. This is to make sure you do not flake out on the sublease at the last second!
DO NOT contact if you are unable to either 1)View the room in person in Berkeley or 2) Talk or Skype and e-sign a sublease agreement and pay the deposit through paypal or something similar if you are out of town.
Must be staying 8 weeks minimum.
For the summer the other tenants consist of 2 female 1 male.
