I'm looking for a roommate to share a quiet, two-bedroom row house in Butcher's Hill one block from Patterson Park. The bedroom includes a private bathroom and a full walk-in closet. The house is set up well for roommates, with bedrooms at opposite sides of the house affording some privacy, each with its own bathroom. Downstairs is the living room/dining room area, hallway, half bathroom, kitchen, washer-dryer area, and a closet large enough for a bike. There's a small patio out back set up with deck chairs and a grill. Additional storage space is available in the basement. Dogs are welcome, but the landlord does not permit cats.
