Single dad with two beautiful kids who I have 50/50 custody of. I work a full time job, stable, out going yet reserved. I don't party, don't do drugs, rarely drink (haven't had a drink in a few months) what I am looking for is a room to rent, basement to rent or a 1-2 bedroom apartment. My budget it max 800 dollars a month. During my marriage I was left with rental debt which I am actively paying on. I'm really looking for something stable and for a solid year at least I can be.
