I am looking for a single parent roommate, I am a 36 Y/O single full time dad of two kids that are my world. I have a house in Centennial, the upstairs has 3 bedrooms 2 baths one in the master bedroom. Its a very large set up and new appliances in the kitchen. My kids and my self are already set up downstairs in the finished basement. I am just looking for a replacement roommate because my current ones are moving out by June. So the rent would be $ 837.50 before utilities, so pretty reasonable for the area that amount is half the actual rent I also am paying the same amount. Everything you would need is very close shopping centers, I-25, bus/ light rail, Park Meadows Mall. Major cross streets are Yosemite and Arapahoe. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. And the house backs up to a green space and a creek. The schools are Cherry Creek School District.
