This (NON SMOKING) property is only 15 minutes from Kona town, just above the Keauhou shopping centers- with movie theaters, shopping, and restaurants-and at a comfortable and cool elevation. Pueo (owl in Hawaiian) Cottage is 10 minutes from great family friendly snorkeling and white sand beaches. The rental offers hardwood floors, and a non-stop view of the ocean from north to south. Rental has wrap around windows on the ocean side and a sliding glass door that opens up onto the pool deck with your own private barbecue. Our large pool is solar heated and has a water slide for extra fun! Next to the pool is our cozy hot tub which runs every day for 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening (24/7 use can be arranged at additional cost.)

Vacation Rental comes furnished in an island style and has an open concept kitchen/living room, a separate bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a large sun-room with a fold out couch for extra sleeping and living space. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and utensils and there is an out door table for four with a barbeque and amazing ocean view.
There is a large full bathroom with bathtub and a private washer and dryer available in an adjoining garage. We supply soap and laundry detergent for your convenience.
There is an outdoor shower for your use, and there are mango tree, passion fruits, and start fruit trees in lower orchard with fresh fruit available in season.
THIS IS A FAMILY FRIENDLY RENTAL! Our solar heated pool area has NO child safety fence between the cottage doors and pool. There is however, a safety fence around the pool deck itself and there are lots of floats. Pool and deck have shared use with our family. Private use for your family on a particular evening can be arranged with advanced notice.
The rental price is for 2 adults and up to 4 children. Each additional adult may be accommodated at a rate of $10 a night. A reduced rate of (for two adults) $500 a week FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS (or $600 with 2 extra adults) is available for longer term rentals.
Rate includes electric,water, cable, pool use, wifi, and parking for 2 vehicles.

WE HAVE A YOUNG CHILDREN THAT SHARE USE OF THE POOL, POOL IS SOLAR HEATED ONLY. NOT ELECTRIC HEATED
POOL FLOATIES PICTURED HERE OR ON WEBSITE MAY NOT STILL BE IN USE AT THE TIME OF YOUR RENTAL. THERE WILL BE HOWEVER, BE SOME FLOATIES IN USE!
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS IS HAWAII SO WE HAVE GECKOS AND OTHER TYPICAL INSECTS THAT COME WITH THE "HAWAII EXPERIENCE" OCCASIONALLY THEY MAKE THEIR WAY INTO THE COTTAGE!
HOT TUB DOES NOT RUN 24/7 RUN TIMES ARE 5:00 PM TO 9PM. WE CAN ARRANGE FOR 24/7 HOT TUB USE AT $20 PER DAY.
THE COTTAGE IS STOCKED WITH "NECESSITIES" AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING ITEMS AS YOUR NEED THEM. WE DO NOT RESTOCK THESE ITEMS TROUGH OUT YOUR STAY. THERE IS NO MAID SERVICE EACH DAY. THE COTTAGE WILL BE CLEAN FOR YOUR ARRIVAL! ~
