I'm looking for a quiet roommate to share my home (just a couple of blocks off of Peninsula Park, PCC) with me and my small kids. Your room would be on a different level from ours ( though they sleep well at night anyway)
I occasionally have a friend over for wine after the kids are in bed, maybe a small dinner party here and there, but for the most part not much happens after 8:30. There will be a basement living room w/tv you could use for privacy. Plenty of space for us.
I am looking for someone who uses home to study or relax and keeps social life outside the house. If you want to avoid the drama that goes along with multi-roommate abodes and be able to have some tea or do yoga in peace than this is a great spot for you. (FYI looking into updating shower in basement ASAP so you would have your own and not have to share the upstairs bathroom/ your room is next to the half bath on main)
