Awesome location, 5 blocks to Bywater, 1 mile to Frenchman, steps away from the bus stop. It is ON Claiborne Ave. so the street is busy, but it is amazingly peaceful (as far as crime goes). I live on this block myself and I love it!
This is a shotgun, does not have a side hall. Back yard is fenced. Water and trash pickup are paid, you are responsible for electric. Pets are no problem, as long as you are a responsible pet owner.
Parking kind of sucks. You can get 1 or 2 cars in front but any more than that and you will have to use the lot 2 houses down.
We are in the process of rehabbing the other side so you will not have anyone next door for a while but you will have to tolerate a little "construction noise" from time to time.
Right now the exterior is boring white and green, that is going to change as soon as we figure out colors.
