Your new pad has washer dryer in unit, granite countertops, new bathroom, new kitchen, and wood flooring throughout. The unit sits on the back with tons of light!
Usually this place is $950 but I'm loosing money by staying in STL. I already paid the landlord $600 ($100 a month off) You would just pay $850 for the unit a month!
