I have a 11' x 12' private room available. Great for students, part time or somebody looking to save money by exchanging services for monthly rent.
The house is located next to BART station and San Francisco State, and close to Westlake Shopping Center.
The last room mate couldn't pay for utilities or afford the monthly. She worked part time and traded part of the rent for services. It worked out great and I'm open to suggestions.
No couples or room shares. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen, laundry and internet.
