Are you looking for a friendly Maui experience? We offer a clean, quiet, pleasant, and comfortable atmosphere at an affordable rate. These two very attractively decorated rooms for one or two guests include a flat screen TV w/directv, free wifi, a ceiling fan, and a 3' in-room fridge to provide you with all the comforts of home. Which room you choose depends on your preferred sleeping arrangements! The "Front" (gold) room has a double bed. The "Woody" (ivory) room has a twin day bed with a twin trundle bed underneath, with easy space-saving accessibility. These two rooms share a bath. On-site parking next to your own shady lanai offers easy access to your own private entrance. You are welcome to make full use of our modern and well-equipped kitchen, and to help yourself to our daily continental breakfast (and all-day snack corner) of coffee & tea, home-baked treats (like banana bread, chocolate cherry cake, oatmeal raisin cookies..), fresh fruit, yogurts, oatmeal packs, and packaged snacks/popcorn. For your relaxation and entertaining we have a big, breezy second story gazebo-style deck with a gas BBQ grill and a wifi accessible shady lounging area. We now have a convenient new guest laundry area, too. We are located in central Kihei, in the very walkable Kalama Park/Foodland Town Center neighborhood. It is just a couple of short blocks to most of Maui's best beaches, many restaurants and niteclubs, 24/hr grocery and shopping areas, the library, and the MauiBus line. Beach towels are provided, and coolers, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and boogie boards are available for your use. And, we charge NO cleaning fee!
