I have a single bdrm available for $895 rent which includes all utilities, wifi, and w/d in a 4bd / 2.5ba 2400 square ft home in East Nashville. An application / background check is required prior to move-in $45 app fee and move-in deposit, fully refundable of $425. I can do a 3 to 6 month lease and, if necessary, will consider a 12 month lease. You will be sharing a bath with another male person (already renting) primarily because the bdrms are located upstairs with the one bath. There are a total of three bdrms upstairs but only a two will be rented out - one is rented already, you will occupy the other. However, all baths, 2.5, are available at anytime for usage - including the master suite bath. Additionally, the entire house with the exception of bdrms, obviously, are to be shared freely. But the other roomy is never here and is in his bdrm 85% of the time when here.
