You will be renting directly from ME the OWNER. This will save you from all those fees the agencies charge!
Rates are TOTAL pricing, includes Linens, Departure Cleaning and Free High Speed Wireless Internet Access.
Security Deposit of $200 is additional and refundable by mail after the exit cleaning and inspection

Our well maintained condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, complete kitchen with full size washer and dryer, central air/heat. The condo is on the second floor of Water Pointe II, North Myrtle Beach, near Barefoot Landing. Water Pointe II is an all ocean front building. It has a heated indoor pool with hot tub and an outdoor pool, all have full ocean views. The building set up makes for very easy access to the beach, no long hikes. Our linen package includes bed sheets and lots of bath towels. The beds are made up for your arrival, just show up and enjoy!
Our unit has a partial ocean view; it looks out over the indoor pool roof. We realize this view may not be for everyone. We want all renters to be aware of the view. Our unit is on the second floor of a 10 story concrete building. We are directly on the beach. Compare my rates to other oceanfront 3BR condos and you will see I am significantly more affordable!
