After weeks of thinking about it I have decided to pursue Med School in the great state of LA. I decided to just move back home for the summer before going off to Tulane in the Fall. Since I'm not here I need someone to take over my place today!

The building sits on Pershing I'm pretty active so I always go to the yoga studio on the block and jog to forest park. A few of my friends like to start at my place before going out and we just take cabs to the central west end, the loop, or clayton (depending what mood we are in).

I moved into the unit fully renovated and used the second bed as an office but it can for sure fit a queen size bed. The kitchen is new same with the bathroom. Best part is it has washer and dryer in unit, no more going to the basement of a sketchy building :)

PS. I'm paying $1075 for this unit but I just want to get out of the lease. I'll pay $125 per month for the next 7 months for you to take it over. Meaning you only pay $950 for the place!
