I am relocating for work and need to find someone to take over my lease ASAP. It would be available as early as April 15th and the lease ends in September 2015, with the possibility to extend the lease. Rent with taxes comes out to $970 and you pay utilities on top of that. It is a great deal in this area for a 2 bedroom!! In addition you would not have to put down a deposit as that was paid by me!
