We are looking for someone to takeover our lease in the Old Market Lofts. We have a 1 bed, 1 bath loft that runs through June. We are looking to have someone take over within the next 30 days but are flexible. The unit has 1 secure underground parking spot and 2 underground storage units. You can keep them if you want too. The rent is 975$, the parking is 95$ and the storage is 15$ each. My security deposit is 225$, that you will get once the lease is over. There is also a 10$ fee for trash and water.
