SUMMER TIME RENTAL DETAILS: $980. per week with adherence to cleaning home rules
Cleaning Security Deposit due upon making of reservation: $200.
Security deposit will be returned in full, if conditions of home & keys are returned as specified.
Guests are expected to leave the home in the same condition that it was when entered. Cleaning supplies are there, so that you can tidy up, before leaving.
50% of total rental cost is due when reservation is made. Balance is due three weeks prior to vacation rental arrival.
Weekend rate: Friday thru Sunday as follows:
*** October thru February -- $150.
*** March & April -- $200.
*** May thru September -- $350. (if not rented for week)
