Looking to have the dirt that is next to the fence tilled up or something and graded into yard. I want the dirt level to be approximately 1 inch below the bottom of the fence. Possibly would like it seeded as well. I have included a pic. It is along one side and back side of fence from fence a out about 3 feet. Approximately 4-6 inches. I have cleaned out a lot of flowers and a couple small bushes so there may be some roots as well. I do have a couple small stumps , maybe 8 inches across, I would like ground as well. Any rocks or roots that are raked out will need to be hauled away. I want this done this week or weekend. This is my second post on this. I had someone to do it but all the rained delayed the project and I have deleted all the other responses.
