I'm new to the area from los angeles and work in downtown Astoria. I could afford up to 1000 a month. I'm looking to get a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment or house. Is there anyone out there that would want to get in one with me. We could split the difference. I'm easy going and mostly at work so I'm hardly home. I'd be the perfect roomate. I'm 420 friendly I don't smoke but don't care if you do. I do love to drink like the average person that comes home from a long day and has a drink or 2. I'm not one to party or make loud noise as I don't know anyone here and my families in southern California. Idealy since im a clean person and like things somewhat organized i would expect you clean after yourself as we should have a clean and safe living enviromentI've been looking up and down and there's lots of nice apartments and houses from 800 to 1500 a month.
