I am a 24 year old female looking for a quiet residence. Currently I work as an Instructional Assistant for Special Ed 7th graders in Felton. I am going back to get my teaching credential this June from CSU Monterey. I enjoy riding my bike and spending time outdoors. I am a member of the Santa Cruz Gem and Mineral Society and I enjoy rockhounding and making jewelry. I am a non-drinker, non-smoker and I work full-time.

I am looking for a 1 BR/1 B or Studio/In Law Unit right now I can afford about 800 (inc. utilities) I would prefer a small kitchen but I am able to work with a hot plate, mini fridge, toaster over sort of set-up.

I would like to move out as soon as possible, but I can also wait if you currently have a renter and are looking for someone in the near future. I would like to stay in the Santa Cruz area.
