I am a Disney Time Share owner and unfortunately will not be able to make it to my reservation on February 13-20th. (Winter break for Massachussetts schools, President's Week)
I am very knowledgable with Disney, my son is twelve and we have gone every year since he was 3. I am more than glad to give you recommendations and tips and help you plan your Dream Disney vacation if you are interested in renting this from me.
I have a One Bedroom Villa at Disney's Saratoga Spring's Resort, one of the Disney World Deluxe Resorts. I am renting it for $1,950. The retail price if you were to rent it through Disney during this week would be $2,966. You can verify this by going to Disneyworld.com and trying to make a reservation. You will see you would save over $1,000.
A brief description of the room:
These 714 sq. ft. units feature a master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, stacked washer/dryer, luxurious full bathroom with whirlpool jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower, TV in each room with a DVD player in the living room, ceiling fans, telephone with voicemail, clock radio, dining area, hair dryer, high chair, wall safe and private porch or balcony. (Four guests maximum plus one child under age 3 in a crib.) Internet - Free WiFi Service
Upon check-in, the resort will require identification and a credit card, as in most cases of hotels, by the person who is on the (confirmation) guest certificate. They will also require a $95 resort fee to cover housekeeping and the use of their concierge services.

Saratoga Springs is the Closest Disney Resort to Downtown Disney. There are tons and tons of Shops and Restaurants as well as activities there. It's a city in it's own and most of the restaurants there take the Disney Dining Plan. For example; Planet Hollywood, House of Blues and Rainforest Cafe.
