$800 dollars cashier's check or money order made out to company name for deposit, if you don't qualify you get the same check back!

Pets $30.00 a month [not each] You will need to signed that they are non-aggressive which are the only ones allowed! Puppies $300.00 each non-refundable plus the $30.00 a month for pets

Must prove that your combine take home pay for the month is three times the rent

IF your are smokers either you can smoke in the garage or outside or pay $600.00 to have the place repainted that's up to you!!
