We plan to have a 3 hour open house on Sat.12/9 and besides that we would make arrangements to show your unit as expected. That said we can only commit for 4-6 weeks, begining now, December 3rd forward incase we get an offer we wish to accept. If we do not have an offer and you wish to extend your stay we can take it little by little The avaiable unit is a COZY, FULLY FURNISHED, ARTSY NORTH PORTLAND / ST JOHNS IN-LAW APT FLOOR PLAN with large living room and office space, eat-in kitchen, back patio entrance BEDROOM with newer high end memory foam queen bed, legal egress window and two walk-in closets! FULL BATH WASHER and DRYER Offstreet Parking Rent $1100.00 (for a single person with no dog) or $1200.00 (for a couple, or if there is a dog) (So you will be saving between $100-200 per month off the normal $1300.00 rent since the house may hvae to be shown on occation) Security Deposit of $1200.00 PET :We will consider a small bread dog that is a low sheding breed that can if need be handle being home and having the unit shown (as it is on the market) if you are not home. Also we do not feel it is fare to any animal to be "crated" for more then 1-2 hours, so, something to think about before contacting us. If you take your fur baby with you where ever you go, this could work out well $300.00 pet deposit would be required to move in

There are two walk in closets, and we would ask that you store most all personal belongings in the closets for neatness and security to make any house showings smoother. We understand this can be a bit of an inconvienence, to have to keep your space tidy most the time and have it shown and that is why we have lowered the rent as an insentive If you feel our place would suit your short term needs and you could work with ours, we welcome you co contact us We will communicate reguarly and give reasonable notice before a showings.
