Warehouse has large overhead door but no loading dock. Insulated walls and ceilings. Sorry but no food distribution or any auto sales/repair/body shop/mechanics. No baseball or softball hitting facilities nor fitness center either. Parking will be limited to just a few cars/pick ups but not a "parking yard" for equipment, trailers, and extra trucks.
