It is loaded with amenities: several pools, gym, hot tubs, spa, movie theater, running track, volley ball court, tanning etc...).

We have a washer / dryer as well inside the unit. The floors are carpeted. There is central air and we have a nice balcony overlooking the amazing skyline of Downtown LA, the picture I attached is taken from the balcony.

You will have your own bedroom as well as your own bathroom (the bathroom is inside your bedroom so it is very private). We share the common areas (living room, kitchen, dining etc...). You will have one parking space (shared tandem).

A little about myself:
I am 43 GWM working professional for an Environmental Consulting Firm (for the past 17 years). Also, I am very easy going, respectful of others and their privacy.

Now I am looking for a good roommate (pays bills on time), someone who isn't a partier or too loud, someone who is clean and respectful of others, I will be all that so it is only normal that I would expect the exact same in a roommate.

Please keep in mind after we meet you will still have to put in a roommate application at Orsini. It is a $50 application fee and I have attached a photo listing what is needed when applying.
