Great location, walking distance to Cheeseman park, grocery (Trader Joes is 1.5 blocks away), bars and restaurants. Non smoking/vape/420 inside the house. No pets allowed/no exceptions. On street parking but many apps out there for monthly parking nearby. Safe neighborhood with a low traffic/non through street.
