The room comes with a private bath, a kitchen sink and a mini fridge. For cooking, please resort to using the kitchen in-house.

About the main house: Newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Furnished with smart home gadgets and large flat-screen TV. Central A/C. Very well lid through out the day. Attached garage currently used for storage. Nice backyard with a lot of fruit trees. Conveniently located near Facebook, Google, Amazon (new office), Dumbarton Bridge and Stanford Campus.
About the housemates: Age ranges from mid-late 20s. One software engineer for a nearby HR startup. Second roommate works a material science startup in the south bay. Both very chill, laid back and respectful of shared spaces. There are two house pets, one cute house cat and a standard poodle.
Utilities: 100$/month (it's actually more due to heating but capped at $100)
