This is a beachfront condo that is right on the beach in Corpus Christi Bay. We are protected against dangerous rip currents and bigger waves. This beach is safer as driving is not permitted on the beach.

THE $1600 RATE IS THE TOTAL monthly COST to keep it simple. No need to add 15% hotel TAX nor any CLEANING FEES. There is a 30.00 one time check in fee per stay however. Multi month discount available.

This is my only unit. I live in 10 minutes away.
