Looking for someone to take over my apartment. It is a wonderful community! This is a first floor walk out on the corner of the building. One of the best units in the complex!The only reason I'm moving is because I'm a travel nurse and I was offered a contract in another state. This will be available end of January but can be a little flexible. You would need to go through the application process and would sign your own lease. Leases offered from 3-12 months.
