A 34-year-old female professional has the master bedroom and second bathroom. The house has a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and a washer and dryer. There is central gas heat and air conditioning. The basement includes a large finished area. There is a large combination living and dining room. Non-smokers only. The house is located about 1 block from the Olive bus line, which goes to the Delmar MetroLink station. The distance from the house to Wash U is 4 miles / 10 minutes by car; the distance from the house to UMSL is 4.5 miles / 10-15 minutes by car. Residents equally share the charges for gas, electric, and internet which average about $65 per month per person. Owner pays for water, sewer, trash, and yard maintenance. There is an application fee of $60 per person, which includes a credit and criminal background check. Security deposit is $350. Each resident will have their own rental agreement and will only be responsible for their own rent.
