Who we are:

- 26 and 29 year-old married couple in stable relationship. One male, one transgender nonbinary person.
- One works overnights in stable long-term job; the other working in tech field.
- We don't drink, smoke, or plan on having kids.
- We're nerds.
- We're also fairly reclusive, so we probably won't be in your way much.
- We won't discriminate on basis of sex/gender/race/etc. As long as you'll respect us, we'll respect you.
- We encourage communication. If you have a question or concern let us know, and we'll do our best to work it out.

We'd like you to (some under terms of our lease):

- Have any reliable source of income that can pay $375/month. (Includes rent, gas, water, electric, and wifi internet. No cable, so if you want to watch TV you'll need to subscribe to something like Netflix.) We can split payments into $200 on the 1st and $175 on the 15th, if you'd prefer.
- Follow our lease's guidelines.
- Be willing to smoke outdoors, if you do.
- Be aware that alcohol is okay as long as you're not to the point of having it interfere with your life (or ours).
- Not do illegal things/have them in the house. (Yes, this includes pot. We're right down the street from a police station. Not a good idea to have it here, whatever our personal beliefs.)
- Be willing to pay the pet deposit ($150) if you have pets. We wouldn't recommend pets though, since we're close to a major highway and it could be dangerous if they get out.
- Be fairly clean.
- Be okay with not having parties in the house. Wouldn't work out well here anyways, but we're also prone to sleeping at odd times due to job schedules. Bringing a few friends over is fine.
- Be respectful about rooming with a transgender person.

What you'll get:
- A place within walking distance (less than 2 miles) of the nearest grocery store/gas station. Parking provided.
- A private bedroom with a small closet, fairly insulated from noises in our room. Unfurnished, but we can provide a fold-out futon mattress, a dresser, and an entertainment center if you need them.
- 1.5 bathrooms. Bath/shower combo with efficient showerhead.
- Washer/dryer in apartment.
- Central A/C and heating.
- Decently-sized open downstairs area/living room. It has a good amount of space left. Contains a treadmill and other exercise equipment that you can use.
- Small kitchen with electric oven, great microwave, toaster, blender, and George Foreman grill. Access to our cookware/dishes/mentioned appliances as long as you clean them properly.
- We buy in bulk. This means free toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, and laundry detergent for.
